[EN] User account Activation upon First Login

InfoThis guide helps you complete the activation of your user account on the Goodflag Signature platform during your very first login.
 

 1. Access the client portal 

Open the client portal URL that was provided in your subscription confirmation email.
The link is in the following format:

 2. Create a personal user account 

 On your first login, you will need to create an account by clicking on the dedicated link: "New user?"
 














 3. Fill in the form 

Fill in the form that appears by entering your email address, last name, and first name.
It is important that the email address matches the one used during the subscription process.

 
















The following message is displayed :

 

 4. Email address verification 

An email is automatically sent to the user's mailbox with a link to verify the email address. If you don't receive it, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. 

 

 5. Access the Goodflag Signature homepage 

Once the verification is complete, access to the Goodflag Signature platform is confirmed and the homepage is displayed correctly.
Remember to bookmark the access URL for future use.
