Info
The Goodflag Desktop Advanced software must be installed following a defined procedure to ensure all required components function properly.

1 – Prerequisites

The Goodflag Desktop Advanced application relies on Java libraries. For versions earlier than 3.X, Java 1.8 or later must be installed on the computer.

The Java installation must match the system architecture. For example, if your workstation runs on a 64-bit architecture and you are installing the 64-bit version of Goodflag Desktop Advanced, Java must also be installed in its 64-bit version.

The electronic signature process also requires a digital identity certificate. This certificate must be installed on the computer.

If the certificate is stored on a USB key or smart card, the corresponding device driver or management software must be installed, in accordance with the instructions provided by the certificate issuer.

The certificate can be installed after the installation of Goodflag Desktop Advanced.

2 – Software Download

You will receive an email when the software is available for download on our extranet. The notification email will be one of the two messages below:

Enter your email address and password in the login fields, then click on the login button “Se connecter”. If you no longer have your password, you can click on the "Mot de passe oublié ?" Link, in order to receive an email containing the instructions to log in and set a new password.

A - Downloading the installation file

When connected, the available software is displayed. Click the icon corresponding to Goodflag Desktop Advanced.

The list of available installation options is displayed. You can choose the option that matches your system architecture. The options are as follows:
  • Interactive Installation: This option provides a standard user interface, allowing you to manually confirm each step.

  • Silent Installation: This option runs in silent mode, with no windows displayed to the user. It is intended for automated deployments via GPO or scripts managed by a network administrator.

  • ZIP Archive: This version includes its own Java runtime. You simply need to extract the contents and manually create a shortcut. This option is suitable for highly secure environments that restrict access to system or user directories.

In this example, we select the 64-bit interactive installation. Click the “TELECHARGER” download link to download the file.

In the download directory used by the browser, you can find the installation file.
